Tenant Find
Our tenant find service includes marketing the property, carrying out accompanied viewings, relevant checks including credit checks, referencing, right to rent, know your customer checks, tenancy agreement, inventory, advising Council, Thames water and suppliers.

Full Management Service
Full management includes all of the above, plus rent collection and transfer to landlord, arranging for repairs and gas safe inspections, carrying out annual inspections, holding keys for emergency access throughout the term.
Fee £480 referencing and other checks. 10% per month.
Rent Collection
Rent collect includes all of tenant find service, plus monthly collection of rent and transfer to landlord.
Fee £480 referencing and other checks. 7% per month.
Deposit Protection
Protecting the deposit with my deposits and renewal each year, for the entire term of the tenancy.
